Jean-Philippe Vorsanger is a seasoned technology and operations executive with more than 25 years of experience leading digital transformation, enterprise software strategy, and large-scale operational improvement initiatives across global manufacturing, retail, and supply chain sectors. He has built a reputation for aligning technology with organizational strategy, strengthening governance, and driving measurable business impact for high-growth and complex organizations.

Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership roles including Senior Vice President & COO for North America at a global retail technology vendor, Vice President of Consulting Services at a technology strategy firm, and Vice President responsible for a global portfolio of demand-chain and analytics solutions. He has led multi-disciplinary teams of more than 120 professionals worldwide, managed P&Ls in excess of $20 million, and delivered consistent double-digit growth in competitive markets. His experience spans CIO-level advisory work, enterprise technology modernization, IT governance and cyber risk oversight, and the delivery of enterprise-grade analytics and supply chain solutions.

Jean-Philippe is recognized for his ability to scale technology businesses and create long-term value. He has successfully navigated organizations through restructuring, M&A due diligence, post-deal integration, global expansion, and operational turnaround. His work in innovation and intellectual property includes leadership of R&D and product development functions that produced more than 70 invention disclosures and multiple granted patents in forecasting and supply chain optimization. As a thought leader, he has authored market insights, led industry roundtables, and helped shape strategic perspectives on retail, digital transformation, and the future of supply chain technologies.

He brings substantial board and governance experience, serving as Chair of the Lycée Français de Toronto and Treasurer of the Glacier Ski Club. In these roles, he oversees strategic planning, financial management, governance processes, and organizational performance for multi-million-dollar organizations. Combined with his executive background, he offers boards a unique blend of operational discipline, technology fluency, risk management acumen, and global business perspective.

Jean-Philippe holds an MBA from the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management and a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the National Institute for Applied Sciences in France. He is fluent in French, a Certified Management Consultant (CMC), and holds the CPIM designation from APICS.
